WOD: Wednesday 10/12/16

Warm-up:

- Bike 20 Cals (medium pace)

2x

- 10 x Toe-touch squat jumps

- 30 x Mountain Climbers

- 10 x KB Swings

Strength/Skill:

- Trap-bar deadlift: 5x3

Metcon: 20m EMOM

- Suicide sprint (Up to each line of the turf and back)

- 2 Burpees

Add 2 additional burpees each minute until you are unable to complete the assigned work in the 1 minute time-frame. Skip the following minute, then start again at 2 on the next minute.
