- Run 200m

Strength/Skill:

- Back Squats: deload week! build up to 3x3 @ 80%

Metcon: Chipper

- Run 800m

- 30 x Hang Cleans (95/65)

- 40 x V-ups

- 50 x Air Squats

- 40 x V-ups

- 30 x Hang Cleans (95/65)

- Run 800m

Additional Work:

- Power Snatch + OH Squat: sets of 3 (go no higher than 80% of max snatch)

- Power Clean + 3 x Power Jerk: find a max!
