  - 30 x Double Unders (60 singles + 5 burpees)

  - 15 x Power Snatch (75/55)

 

Cash-out: 10m EMOM

  - Odd: 30s Push-ups

  - Even: 30s Sit-ups

  Then

  - Spend remaining time on goal work!
