- Push Sled up

- 15 x Push ups

- Push Sled back

- 10 x KB Swings

Additional Work:

- Touch-and-go Power Snatch + Full Snatch: find a max for complex!

- 2 x Behind-the-neck Snatch-grip Push Press + 1 x OH Squat: work up to 110% of snatch
