- Stretch/foam roll

- Inch Worms

- Side lunge down turf

3x

- 1 x Suicide sprint

- 10 x Air Squats

- 10 x sit-ups

Strength/Skill:

- Back Squat: 3RM, then complete 2x deload sets

Metcon: 10m AMRAP

- Parking Lot Sprint

- 6 x L-Arm KB Hang Snatch

- 6 x R-Arm KB Hang Snatch

- 10 x T2B

- 8 x L-Leg Pistol

- 8 x R-Leg Pistol

Additional Work:

- Snatch: 2x2 70%, 1x2 75%, 1x280%, 2x1 85%, 2x1 90%, work up to a max if 90 is clean

- Power Clean and Power Jerk: 2x2 70%, 1x2 75%, 1x2 80%, 2x1 85%, work up to a max
