- 1 x Front Squat (3s pause) + 2 x Front Squat (no pause): 6 sets

Metcon: 8 Rounds (rest while partner goes)

- Push Sled Up

- 7 x NPU Burpees

- Push Sled Back

Additional Work:

- Snatch (pause at knee): 3x1 @70%, 2x1 @75%, 2x1 @80%

- Clean (pause at knee) and Jerk: 3x1 @70%, 2x1 @75%, 2x1 @80%
