Warm-up:

- Coach's Choice!

Strength/Skill:

- Front Squat (5s Pause): 6x1

Metcon: 6 Rounds (NOT FOR TIME!)

- Sled push (up and back)

- 30 x Sit-ups

- 10 x Burpees

Rest until recovered between sets! This is not for time!

Additional Work:

- Snatch (pause at knee): 3x1 @70%, 2x1 @75%, 2x1 @80%

- Clean (pause at knee) and Jerk: 3x1 @70%, 2x1 @75%, 2x1 @80%
