Warm-up:

- Shoulder stretches w/bands

- Foam roll lats

2x

- 10 x Pass-throughs

- 10 x Shoulder plate raises

- 1 x Wall-walk

- 15 cals on bike

Strength/Skill:

- Push Press: 5RM! (use last week as a gauge)

Metcon: Tabata

- Row

- NPU Burpees

- Double Unders

- Sit-ups

Additional Work:

- Power Snatch + 3 x OH Squat: work up to something heavy

- 3x10 Hip Bridges + 60s Plank
