Warm-up:

- Stretch/Foam Roll

- 10y Inch Worms

- 10 x Good mornings

- 10 x Fat bar bridges

- Side Lunge Down Turf

- Parking Lot Jog

- 10 x Step-Ups

Strength/Skill:

- Back Squats: build up to 90% of 1RM for 3

Metcon: 6 Rounds

- 3 x Back Squat @80%

- Sprint to the end of parking lot

- Rest as needed between rounds!

Additional Work:

- Snatch Pulls from Blocks

- 10 x Banded Reverse Hypers
