WOD: Wednesday 8/24/16

Warm-up:

- Shoulder Stretches w/bands

- 10 x Ring Rows

- 10 x Push-ups

- 10 x Air Squats

Then, spend 5-10m warming up with the bar!

Strength/Skill:

- Power Snatch: Work up to a heavy touch and go double! Use this time to get an idea of where you should be with the WOD.

Metcon: "Evan's Last Dance" - 3 Rounds for Time! (Use the same bar for all 3 barbell Movements!)
