WOD: Tuesday 8/23/16

Warm-up:

- Shoulder stretches w/bands

- Bike 400m - moderate pace

2x w/bar

- 6 x Strict press

- 6 x Strict behind the neck press

- 6 x Overhead Squat (close-grip if possible)

- 10 x Torso Twists

Strength/Skill:

- Find a 1RM Strict Press, then continue on w/push press on to a 3RM!

Metcon: Intervals 4 rnds (1m on/30s off)

- M1: Row for Cals

- M2: 10 x HSPU, then AMRAP double unders

- M3: Bike 30s

- M4: Russian Twists
