WOD: Monday 8/22/16

We've finally reached the end of our 12-week cycle! Time to lift and let lift! Let the PR's flow!

We will be maxing out several lifts as a group today. A low intensity "not for time" WOD will also be provided for those of you that absolutely must get some breathing in.

WOD: work up to a 1-Rep Max in the following lifts!


Clean and Jerk

Back Squat

Please note that only experienced lifters that display good technique will be participating in "1-rep max" lifts. An alternative lifting program will be provided for new or rejoining members!
