- 100 x Deadlift (225/135) (hold plank)
- 100 x Toes-to-Bar (hold handstand)
- 100 x Synchronized Burpees (only one person may rest at a time)
- 100 x Box Jumps (hang from bar)
- 100 x Shoulder-to-Overhead (155/95) (hold squat)
- 100 x Cal Skierg
Partner 1 works on chipper while Partner 2 holds static position and Partner 3 rests
