  - 6 x Snatch Deadlift

  - 6 x Hang Power Snatch

  - 6 x Over Head Squat

  - Parking Lot Sprint

 

Strength/Skill:

  - Power Snatch + Hang Power Snatch:  6 sets

 

Metcon: 12m AMRAP

  - 9 x Power Snatch (95/65)

  - 12 x T2B

  - 15 x Box Jumps
