WOD: Monday 8/8/16

Strength/Skill:

- Back Squat: work up to a 3RM, then complete 2 x deloads

Metcon: 10m AMRAP (add one squat clean each round!)

- 1 x Squat Clean (make it heavy!)

- 15 x Sit-ups

- Parking Lot sprint

Additional Work:

- Snatch: 2x3 @75%, 3x2 @80%, 1x2 @85% 1x1 @88%, 1x1 @90%

- Clean and Jerk: 2x3 @75%, 3x2 @80%, 1x2 @85% 1x1 @88%, 1x1 @90%
