Strength/Skill:

- 3 Pos. Snatch Pull + Snatch: 2x2 @75%, 1x1 @80%, 1x1 @85%, 1x1 @88% (work up to a miss)

Metcon: 10 Rounds

- Sled drag

Additional Work:

- 3 Pos. Clean Pull + Clean and Jerk: 2x2 @75%, 1x1 @80%, 1x1 @85%, 1x1 @88% (work up to a miss)

- Front Squat: work up to a 3RM and complete 2 deloads
