- 12 x Lunges in place

- 8 x Hanging Knee Raises

Strength/Skill:

- Push Press: work up to a 5RM then complete 2 deloads

Metcon: E3MO3M 15m

Complete 2 Rounds

- 6 x Push Press (185/115)

- 12 x T2B

- 9 x Burpees

Additional Work:

- Jerks from Blocks (ahem... rack): work up to a 1RM then 1x3 deload

- Bentover Row: work up to a 5RM and complete 2 deloads

- RDLs: 3x8
