Strength/Skill:

- Back Squat: work up to a 5RM then complete 2 deload sets

Metcon: 15m AMRAP

- Row 300m

- 12 x Sit-ups

- 12 x Wall Balls

- 24 x Double Unders

Additional Work:

- Snatch: 1x3 @75%, 1x2 @80%, 1x2 @85%, 1x1 @88% (continue until you miss)
