Warm-up:

- Stretch/foam roll

Strength/Skill:

- Back Squat: work up to a 5RM, then complete 2 deload sets

Metcon:

- Start each round with 20 x OH lunges w/plate

50/40/30/20/10

- Double Unders

- Sit-ups

Additional Work:

- Snatch: 2x3 @75%, 2x2 @80%, 2x1 @85%, 1x1 @88%, work up until miss

- Clean and Jerk: 2x3 @75%, 2x2 @80%, 2x1 @85%, 1x1 @88%, work up until miss
