Warm-up:

- Lunge w/torso twist down turf

- Alt. side lunge up turf

- 3 x Wall squats (10s down/10s up)

2x

- 8 x Glute bridges

- 8 x Jump squats w/bar

- 30 x Mountain climbers

Strength/Skill:

- Back Squats: work up to a 5RM (no deloads this week)

Metcon: 16m AMRAP

- Row 200m

- 8 Burpees

- 12 Sit-ups

Additional Work:

- Snatch: 1x3 @75%, 1x2 @80%, 1x1 @85%

- Clean and Jerk: 1x3 @75%, 1x2 @80%, 1x1 @85%
