Strength/Skill:

- Push Press: work up to an 8RM, then complete 2 deload sets

Metcon: 4x Intervals (1m on/30s off)

Additional Work:

- OH Squat: work up to an 3RM, then 2 deload sets

- Bentover Row: 5x8

- GHD: 5x12
