Warm-up:

- Stretch/Foam Roll

- 10 x Single-leg Hip bridges

- Hold side lunge (15s each side)

- 15 x SLOW good mornings

2x

- 8 x Reverse hypers

- 10 x Wall-facing squats

- 25 x Double Unders

Strength/Skill:

- Back Squats: work up to a 10RM, then complete 2 deload sets

Metcon: 10m AMRAP

- 10 x DB Snatch (75/55) (change arms each round)

- 30 x Double Unders

Additional Work:

- Snatch: 3x1 @75%, 2x1 @80%, 2x1 @85%, 1x1 @88%

- Clean and Jerk: 3x1 @75%, 2x1 @80%, 2x1 @85%, 1x1 @88%
