- 6 x Snatch Pull

- 6 x Hang Snatch

- 6 x Overhead Squat

- 6 x Snatch-grip behind-neck push press

Strength/Skill:

- Snatch (Pause-at-Knee): 3x1 @75%, 2x1 @80%, 2x1 @85%

Metcon: 4 Rounds Intervals (1m on/30s off)

- 30s Bike for Cals

- Push-ups

- Double Unders

- Mountain Climbers

Additional Work:

- Snatch (Pause-at-Knee): 3x1 @75%, 2x1 @80%, 2x1 @85%

- Front Squat: Find a 5RM!
