- 10 x Close-Grip Overhead Squats

Strength/Skill:

- Push Press: 10RM - week 2! After, complete 2 deload sets just like yesterday.

Metcon: 6 Rounds

- 200m Run

- 6 x Thrusters (135/95)

- 2 x Rope Climbs (15 x Rows)

- Rest 60s

Additional Work:

- Overhead Squat: work up to a heavy 3

Then, Superset

- Bentover Row: 5x10

- GHD: 5x12
