Strength/Skill:
- Back Squat: Work up to last week's 10 rep max, then complete 2x10 at -5% and -10%
Metcon: 25/20/15/10/5
- KB Swings (70/53)
- Burpees
- Double Unders
Additional Work: (If you're participating in the additional strength program, complete this in place of the assigned back squats, then complete the 10 rep back squats after the WOD)
