- 20 x Double Unders

Strength/Skill:

- Push Press: work up to a heavy set of 10!

Metcon: E3MO3M for 21m (each round is a sprint!)

- Row 200/150m

- 8 x Burpees-over-rower

- 25 x Double Unders

Additional Work:

- Overhead Squat: work up to a heavy 3
