- 10 x Air Squats

Strength/Skill:

- Back Squat: build up to a 10 rep max

Metcon: 10m AMRAP

- Parking lot sprint

- 5 x L-Arm KB Hang Snatch

- 5 x R-Arm KB Hang Snatch

- 10 x T2B

- 5 x L-Leg Pistol

- 5 x L-Leg Pistol

Additional Work:

- Snatch: 3 x 1 @75%, 2 x 1 @85%, 2 x 1 @85%
