Warm-up:

  - Foam roll glutes/hips

  - Shoulder stretches w/bands

  - 10 x Pass throughs/samsons

  - 10 x SLOW Good morning w/bar

  - 10 x per side: Single legs hip bridges

  2 x

  - Row 150m

  - 20 x Double Unders

  - 10 x Air Squats

 

Strength/Skill:

  - Back Squat: build up to a 10 rep max

 

Metcon: 10m AMRAP

  - Parking lot sprint

  - 5 x L-Arm KB Hang Snatch

  - 5 x R-Arm KB Hang Snatch

  - 10 x T2B

  - 5 x L-Leg Pistol

  - 5 x L-Leg Pistol

 

Additional Work:

  - Snatch: 3 x 1 @75%, 2 x 1 @85%, 2 x 1 @85%

  - Clean and Jerk: 3 x 1 @75%, 2 x 1 @85%, 2 x 1 @85%
