Warm-up:

- 10m Mobility work (foam roll, stretch, etc.)

- 15 x SLOW Good Mornings (w/bar)

3x

- 5 x Strict Pull-ups

- 10 x Push-ups

- 10 x Lunges

Strength/Skill:

- Bench Press: 5x6

- Pendlay Row: 8 reps between sets of bench press

Metcon: 20m AMRAP

- 500m Row

- 20 x Ring Dips

- 40 x Sit-ups

Additional Strength Work:

- Front Squat (pause 2s first rep): 5x3

- Snatch Chinese Pulls: 7x2
