WOD: Monday 5/23/16

Warm-up:

- Foam roll glutes/hams

- 500m Row

- 30s Wall Squat

3x

- 10 x Jump Squats

- 15 x V-ups

Strength/Skill:

- Back Squat: 5x5 (try to hang around 75%)

(Keep the weights down this week. We'll be starting a new strength cycle next Monday!)

Metcon: 6 Rounds (rest 30s between rounds)

- Row 200m

- 10 x Goblet Squats (70/53)

- Broad jumps up and back on turf (big jumps please!)

Additional Work:

- Power Snatch (pause at knee): 6x2 (allowed 1 miss!)

- RDL: 5x6 @60% of clean
