Partner A: Chip away at 3k/2.5k Row

Partner B: 1x

  - 5 x Hang Clean

  - 5 x Shoulder-to-Overhead

  - 10 x Pull-ups

  - 15 x Box Jumps

 

When team reaches 3k/2.5k, move on to part 2!

 

Part 2

Partner A: Complete 100 Wall Balls, 100 Burpees

Partner B: 1x

  - Shuttle sprint

  - 15 x T2B

  - Shuttle sprint
