Strength/Skill:

- Power Jerk + Split Jerk: 6 Sets

Metcon: E3MO3M for 15m (score is slowest round!)

- Row 12/10 Cals

- 5 x Push Press (185/115)

- 10 x C2B Pull-ups

- 10 x Box Jumps (30/24)

Additional Strength Work:

- Power Cleans (try to catch at parallel): singles until it turns into a squat clean
