Partner WOD Saturday!!

30m Time Cap! (Teams of 3)

1) Accumulate 200 Burpees

- Partner 2: 8 x Deadlift, 16 x Sit-ups

- Partner 3: Hold hollow body (plank)

2) Accumulate 300 Air Squats (weighted vest...?)

- Partner 2: 200m Sprint

- Partner 3: Hold handstand (top of dip)

3) Accumulate 150/100 Cals on Bike!

- Partner 2: Push sled up, complete 10 push-ups, push sled back

- Partner 3: Hold barbell at the top of deadlift (135/95)

Teams may choose where to start! Partners change rolls when partner 2 finishes assigned work. Work may only be completed while partner 3 is holding assigned position.
