Warm-up:

- Track warm-up! (butt kickers/high knees/shuffle/toe walk/heel walk/etc...)

- Coach's choice!

Strength/Skill:

- Power Cleans: build up to a heavy single (90-95%) then complete 3 more reps at that weight!

Metcon: 5 rounds

- 10 x Power Cleans

- 30 x Sit-ups

- 15 x Box Jump Overs

Cash-out: Run 1 Mile!

Additional Strength:

- Deadlift: 3x3 @85%
