- Shoulder stretches w/bands

- 10 x Pass-throughs

- Arm circles (10 forward/backward/big/small)

2x

- 3 x Wall Walks

- 15 x Face pulls w/bands

- 40 x Singles

Strength/Skill:

- Push Press: 4, 4, 3, 3, 2, 2

then 8m EMOM

- Odd minutes: 30s max push ups

- Even minutes: 30s max strict chin ups

Metcon: 10 rounds of Intervals (1m on/30s off)

- Row for Cals

Additional Work:

- 5x3 Hang Power Clean

- 6x1 Front Squats w/5s pause
