  - 10m EMOM: Snatch + Hang Snatch + 3 Burpees

 

Metcon:

  - Run 400m

  - 30 x DB Snatch (65/45)

  - 30 x V-ups

  - 50 x Box jump-overs

  - 30 x V-ups

  - 30 x DB Snatch (65/45)

  - Run 400m
