- 5 x Push Sled up turf, complete 10 Burpees, then Sled Push Back

- 50 x KB Swings (partition reps)

- 50 x Box Jumps (partition reps)

- 3 x 10 x Pull-ups + 1x Shuttle Sprint (sub towel rows/pull-ups for rope climbs)
