- 10 x Pass-throughs

- 50 x Singles

Strength/Skill: 20m EMOM

- Odd: 6 x Bench Press (bodyweight)

- Even: 8 x Strict Chins

Metcon: 3 Rounds (NOT FOR TIME!)

- Run 400m

- 25 x GHDs

Additional Work:

- Light Snatch Balance Singles (no heaving!)

- Face Pulls On Kaiser: 3 x 20
