- Band stretches for hips

- 10 x arm circles (10 big, 10 small, 10 of each reversed)

- 20s Hollow body hold

- 20s Superman hold

- Sprint row 150m

- 10 x push-ups

- 10 x ring rows

Strength/Skill:

- Push Press: work up to a heavy double

Metcon: Tabata (1m rest between movements)

- Row

- NPU Burpees

- Sit-ups

- Double Unders

- Supine Rows

Additional Work:

- 10m EMOM - 3x Touch-and-go Squat Cleans
