WOD: Thursday 4/7/16

Warm-up:

3 rounds

- Row 150m

- 8 Medball squat cleans

- 8 x Push-ups

Strength/Skill:

- 10m Group Mobility

- Spend 10-15m on your goal work! (I mean it!)

Metcon: 15m AMRAP

- 300m Row

- 20 x Wallball

(immediately do one burpee each time the ball is dropped before set is completed!)

Workout is scored on completed wallball reps. Only wallballs finished BEFORE the set is broken up count! (If 11 wallballs are completed in round 1 before dropping, you are only credited for 11 wallballs, but must finish the set. 8 in the next set will net a score of 19, etc.)
