WOD: Monday 4/4/16

Warm-up:

- Stretch/foam roll

- 10 x Wall Squats (5s down/5s up)

- 10 x SLOW Good mornings

- Group Warm-up

Strength/Skill:

- Back Squat: 5x5 (progressive overload)

Metcon: 10m AMRAP

- 10 x Back Rack Step-ups (135/95) (each leg = 1 rep, alternate legs)

- 20 x Mountain Climbers

- 30 x Double Unders

Additional Strength:

- Snatch (pause at knee): build up to 85% and try to push the weight with a couple singles

- Snatch Deadlift: 5x3
