  - 6 x Front Squats w/bar

  - 6 x Push Press w/bar

 

Strength/Skill:

  - Hang Power Clean: 6x3

 

Metcon: Chipper

  - 500m Row

  - 30 x Wallballs

  - 100 x Double Unders

  - 30 x Wallballs

  - 500m Row

 

Additional Work:

  10m EMOM 

  - Odd: 3 x Thrusters (stay relatively light)

  - Even: 3 x Muscle Ups
