WOD: Saturday 3/19/16

Saturday Partner WOD!!!

Each partner must complete 21/18/15/12/9/6/3 of the following:

- KB Swings (53/35)

- Box Jumps (24/20)

- Toes-to-bar

Only one partner may work at a time!! Both are responsible for all reps (partner A must complete 21 KB swings, then rest while partner B completes 21 KB swings. when partner B finishes partner A then completes 21 box jumps... etc).

Once all reps are completed, both partners must complete a 400m run together, while carrying one medball (20/14)!

WOD is complete when both partners return from the sprint.
