- Sumo Deadlift: work up to a heavy set of 5

Then, 10m EMOM

- Odd: 3 x Sumo-deadlift

- Even: 3-5 x Muscle Ups (Ring dips or bench dips as substitute)

Metcon: 8m AMRAP

- 20 x Wallballs

- 10 x KB Swings

- 25 x Double Unders

Additional Work:

- Front Squat (5s down/5s up): 5x2
