Warm-up:

- Coach's choice

Strength/Skill:

- Spend 10m working on double unders or a gymnastics goal

Metcon: 3 Rounds (NOT FOR TIME!)

- 400m Run

- 40 x Sit-ups

- 3 x Rope Climbs

Cash-out: Get your stretch on! Cover all the bases (especially shoulders mobility and thoracic extension) and get ready for tomorrow!!

Additional Work:

- Superset 4x4 Bench with 4x8 DB Row. Stay light though.
