WOD: Monday 3/7/16

Warm-up:

- Stretch/foam roll

- 20 x SLOW Good mornings

2x

- 15 x Air squats

- 30 x Jumping jacks

Strength/Skill:

- Back Squat: 5-6 sets to find a 3RM

Metcon: 5 Rounds

- 10 x OH Plate Lunges

- 15 x Knees-to-Elbows

- 30 x Double unders

Cash-out: Team plate push!

Additional Work:

- Snatch: Complete doubles until 2 misses. Once misses are used, drop 10lbs and complete 2 more sets.

- Snatch pulls: work up to 3 sets of at 105%
