Saturday Partner WOD!!

Partner A: Row 300m

Partner B: Complete as much work as possible of the following chipper...

- 40 x KB Swings

- 60 x Box Jumps

- 80 x Sit-ups

- 100 x Burpees

- 80 x Sit-ups

- 60 x Box Jumps

- 40 x KB Swings

As soon as the row is finished, Partner A will pick up wherever Partner B left off. Partner A will then continue to work until Partner B finishes their row. Continue like this until last KB Swing is finished!
