REMINDER: If you are doing the open officially, you'll need to be judged at either 5pm Friday night or 8am Saturday morning, or make other arrangements with a coach!

Open WOD 16.2 (scaled weights and movements in parentheses)

Beginning on a 4-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of: 25 x toes-to-bars (knee raises) 50 x double-unders (single unders) 15 x squat cleans @ 135/85 (95/55)

If completed before 4 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to: 25 x toes-to-bars (knee raises) 50 x double-unders (single unders) 13 x squat cleans @ 185/115 (115/75)

If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to: 25 x toes-to-bars (knee raises) 50 x double-unders (single unders) 11 x squat cleans @ 225/145 (135/95)

If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to: 25 x toes-to-bars (knee raises) 50 x double-unders (single unders) 9 x squat cleans @ 275/175 (155/115)

If completed before 16 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to: 25 x toes-to-bars (knee raises) 50 x double-unders (single unders) 7 x squat cleans @ 315/205 (185/135)

Stop at 20 minutes.
