Strength/Skill:

- Back Squats: 2/2/2/1/1/1 (Build up to 5 good singles. NOT A 1-REP MAX ATTEMPT!)

Metcon: 12m AMRAP

- Row 200m

- 10 x Wallballs

- 15 x Sit-ups

- 30 x Double Unders

Additional Work:

- Snatch: Complete triples until 2 misses. Once misses are used, drop 10lbs and complete 2 more sets.
