Partner A: Run 400m
Partner B: 1 Round - 5 x L-Arm KB Hang Snatch (53/35)
- 5 x R-Arm KB Hang Snatch (53/35)
- 15 x V-ups
- 10 x Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
Teams are scored by number of rounds completed. Each 400m counts as 1 round! Partner B MUST complete their round before roles switch. If either partner finishes their work before the other, rest until your partner is finished.
